A competição oficial do Queer Lisboa 22 conta com um total de 56 filmes nas suas cinco diferentes categorias. Uma representação dos filmes mais recentes e relevantes do Cinema Queer internacional, abrangendo quadrantes desde o Mexico à Macedônia, do Líbano à Austrália, da Suíça à Rússia, e com uma forte presença brasileira.
