Growing up opposite a country road, Pierre Le Gall dreamt of hitting the open road. It led him to Paris, into the arms of a man, and towards screenwriting. Since then, he has written for television, theatre, and cinema. This includes the animated short film “Scars We Love”, which was part of the Official Selection at Cannes and nominated for the 2026 César Awards. “Flesh and Fuel”, his first feature film, explores the two themes that fascinate him the most in cinema: time and love.
