Things We Dare Not Do
Bruno Santamaría Razo
Documentary : 75' / Family, Gender

Arturo is a teenager who dances, runs, and plays with the free spirit of a little boy, as with those who wander off with him in his small town on the Mexican Pacific coast. When a violent situation bursts into the seemingly idyllic atmosphere, within the framework of a corrosive machismo tinge, Arturo finds the courage to come out of the closet with his parents, asking them for permission to dress as a woman.
