In partnership with Fuseless Fan, a non-profit working in London, Berlin and Porto, and which promotes art from underrepresented communities, the Carnation Revolution celebrations that we began celebrating this month in Lisbon will now travel to London and Berlin.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Revolution in the British capital, Fuseless Fan will be represented in the fair "A Portuguese Love Affair", on the 25th and the 27th of April, at 324 Hackney Road. Cineground's films "Fatucha Superstar - Ópera Rock... Bufa", by João Paulo Ferreira (Portugal, 1976, 43'), and "Solidão Povoada", by Óscar Alves (Portugal, 1976, 45'), will be screened on April the 27th, at 4pm. The complete event activities - concerts, performances, workshops, food and drinks, etc. - and advance tickets sales can be found at www.aportugueseloveaffair.co.uk.
Also, Fuseless Fan had joined forces to guarantee another screening of the same program ("Fatucha Superstar - Ópera Rock... Bufa" + "Solidão Povoada"), this time in Berlin. It will be on May the 3rd, 4pm, at Hosek Contemporary gallery.
