First edition of AMPLA

Queer Lisboa joins the first edition of AMPLA, a film show that is as inclusive as possible and that consists of a selection of award-winning films from the main cinema festivals held in Portugal in 2021.

 

From the 25th to the 27th of March, and from the 1st to 3rd of April, at Culturgest, there will be two workshops and ten cinema screenings, always with Portuguese subtitles, Portuguese Sign Language interpretation and audio description, also inviting people with specific needs to enjoy the program.

 

The winning film of our 25th edition’ Feature Film Competition, “Minyan”, by Eric Steel, will be the Opening Film  (25th March, 8.30pm). And also, the winner of our 2021 Queer Art Competition, “Vaga Carne”, by Ricardo Alves Jr. and Grace Passô, will be screened on April 2, 3.30 pm.
