The special edition of the 15th anniversary of Queer Lisboa takes place from the 16th to the 24th September and we are counting on your contribution to help us make these nine days at the Cinema São Jorge a success.

Volunteers make the first impression of the Festival to its audience and we count on your enthusiasm and energy for its organization. According to your preference and experience, you will be working in one or two of these areas:

General Information

Catalogue sales and giving away information on the Festival, so as touristic information.    

Hospitality

Welcoming guests and giving away accreditations to both national and foreign guests, sponsors and journalists.

Theatre Front

Distribution and reception of the Audience Award for Best Short Film ballots.

Queer Market

Selling queer themed books and DVD, and giving away information on the Festival.

General Assistance

Assisting on debates and Q&A with filmmakers, and on all other volunteering areas.

Audiovisuals

Assisting on the video and photographic coverage of the Festival: press conference, opening and closing night galas, debates, parties, Q&A, team, volunteers, filmmakers, juries, guests, and audience.
