Tzeli Hadjidimitriou is a filmmaker, photographer, and writer from Lesvos, Greece. After attending a series of seminars by Michelangelo Antonioni, she pursued further studies in Cinematography in Rome. Tzeli has been filming and photographing the lives of the inhabitants of Lesvos since 1990, and her photographs have been exhibited in Australia, China, Italy, Turkey and Greece, and have been published in ten books. In her work, she gives space and voice to ordinary people.
